Yalova\u2019daki trafik sorununun en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc olarak g\u00f6sterilen projenin ihalesinin iptal olmas\u0131yla yeniden proje kamuoyunun g\u00fcndemine geldi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda merhum Ba\u015fbakan Mesut Y\u0131lmaz\u2019\u0131n d\u00f6neminde ihalesi yap\u0131lan 4 cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131, 6 ba\u015fbakan ve 13 h\u00fck\u00fcmet ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc tamamlanamayan Yalova-Armutlu kara yolu gibi y\u0131lan hikayesine d\u00f6nen Yalova G\u00fcney \u00c7evre Yolu Projesi, y\u0131llard\u0131r dillerde, iktidar\u0131 muhalefeti her d\u00f6nem, herkes istiyor ama bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc yap\u0131lam\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Yolda asl\u0131nda \u00e7ok da uzun bir yol de\u011fil, sadece 5,9 kilometre. Yolun bir k\u0131sm\u0131 Yalova Belediyesi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ise Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediyesi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7iyor. Yalova\u2019dan \u00c7\u0131narc\u0131k, Armutlu istikametine gidecek ara\u00e7lar\u0131 \u015fehir i\u00e7i trafi\u011fine sokmamak. Bursa Karayolu\u2019ndan ba\u011flanarak \u00e7evre yoluna giren ara\u00e7lar oradan direk Armutlu kara yoluna kadar transit \u015fekilde ge\u00e7ecek. Herkes tamam sonunda yol yap\u0131lacak derken bir de ne \u00f6\u011frenelim ihale iptal olmu\u015f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, CHP Yalova Milletvekili Tahsin Becan\u2019\u0131n soru \u00f6nergesinde proje ihalesinin iptal oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Tabi bu baz\u0131 yay\u0131n organlar\u0131nda bu yol projesi iptal oldu denilerek yans\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan AK Parti Yalova Milletvekili Ahmet B\u00fcy\u00fckg\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f ise yap\u0131lan ihaleye kat\u0131lan firmalardan birinin, Kamu \u0130hale Kurumu\u2019na ba\u015fvurarak ihalenin yeniden yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi talebinde bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Vekil baz\u0131 unsurlar\u0131n teknik analizinin yeterince detayland\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6sterilerek Karayollar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ihalenin tekrarlanmas\u0131na karar verildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cKim takar Yalova kaymakam\u0131n\u0131\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bundan sonra yol ne zaman ihaleye \u00e7\u0131kar, ne zaman yap\u0131l\u0131r kestirmek zor ama benim tahminim hemen olacak gibi durmuyor.
